One of life's most precious gifts is a child. I am passionate about all things motherhood, and creating art out of those precious moments. Bringing home a baby is one of the most exciting moments in your family's life, and it should be professionally documented. Seeing my clients view the images of their newborns and watching their faces light up with pride is one of the best feelings as a photographer.
Your Newborn Session is done either right in my home studio in Wellington, FL, or in the comfort of your home. All of the props, wraps, and styling is included in your session fee. The natural beauty and innocence of a baby is my focus for these sessions, with - of course - some pops of color.
Once you decide that Newborn photography is something that you'd love to have for your precious little one's first memories, I walk you through the process of the session and designing the perfect look for your baby. Ideally, I suggest booking your baby's photo session within 4-10 days after delivery. At your pre-consultation, we will tentatively book your due date and anxiously await their arrival. This window is what photographers consider the best "squishy baby window," however it doesn't mean that it's the only time you can do your newborn session.
Babies run the show, so I work off of their schedule. I do not rush a newborn, therefore photography sessions can take anywhere from 2-4 hours. We break for feedings, diaper changes, and any cuddling necessary to make your little one comfy. Take this time to relax and enjoy some quiet time while your little one is kept warm and cozy during their shoot. Parents and siblings are also welcome to join in the session for some family photos -- these are some of my favorites to capture on camera.
I am trained in newborn posing safety, and am fully licensed and insured. All of my products, props, and wraps are disinfected, washed in gentle detergent, and selected for you specifically. I love to design images that will look beautiful in your home on your walls for everyone to see and enjoy.
