Ryder's mommy and I go wayyyy elementary school back.  Even though I hadn't seen her since middle school, I was super excited to get a message from her about doing her newborn photography session.  She had a beautiful little boy just a few days prior and needed to schedule something quick.  No biggie -- we got right to planning the perfect newborn session right in her home <3  I packed up my portable equipment from my Wellington studio and headed down to Plantation to photograph this little cutie.

Little man Ryder was a champ -- he slept through practically his entire session and was an awesome poser!  We got so many great shots of him and his hair -- check out those awesome dark brown locks!!!  SWOON! <3

He had the most beautiful lips and squishy cheeks!  We swaddled him in newborn photography wraps and beautiful mohair bear bonnets.  One of my favorite things about being a newborn photographer is choosing these adorable outfits and styling photo sessions.

He even let me rock out this super cute sleepy hat and bright teal :)  AHHHHHH Newborn Photography is so much fun!  Yes, it's a lot of work -- convincing the tiny humans to sleep sometimes can be stressful, but with the help of some magic tricks of mine they usually fall into a deep sleep for the session.  Newborn Photography can be exhausting, but oh it's so worth it!  Imagine - I get to give this little guy's parents the gift of capturing these special moments that they can never get back.  Newborn photography locks in the precious few weeks that these little angels remain, well, little.

If you'd like to schedule your Newborn Photography session in South Florida, I'd love to chat with you!
